How safe is my personal information?Nature Discoveries will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information remains confidential to Nature Discoveries and is not disclosed to any outside party. In the event of promotional activities and competitions, Nature Discoveries reserves the right to publish the names, images and photographs of prize winners and/or participating charities or businesses, without compensation. Prize winners agree to make themselves reasonably available for photographs. Why should I Register My Discoveries Club Gift Card?You need to register your Discoveries Club Gift card to protect your cash balance on your card. Should your card be lost or stolen, you can unregister the card and thereby protect your cash balance as the an unregistered card becomes null and void. Click on Account Maintenance and register your card under “Membership Cards” now. How do I Register My Discoveries Club Gift Card?Click on Account Maintenance (also found on the top right hand side) and add a new card under “Membership Cards”. I have lost My Discoveries Club Gift Card. How do I cancel it?Click on Account Maintenance on the top right hand side and unregister your card under “Membership Cards” by clicking on the “Remove” icon next to the card serial number of the card you no longer have. Once you have unregistered the lost or stolen card, your funds in your account are protected as the unregistered card can no longer be used to access your account. I have lost My Discoveries Club Gift Card. How do I contribute to Someone’s Dream Gift or Gift List?To contribute towards someone’s Dream Gift or simply towards their Gift List, use the “Top Up” button near the top on the Right Hand Side of the page to load any amount of money into your account. Once the funds have been cleared and are available on your account, you can then transfer any amount you like to the other persons Discoveries Club account. Click here or click on the “Gift List” tab at the top of the page and then on “View Friends Gift List”. Enter their e-mail address in the box provided. Click on “Access” and then select an appropriate Gift List from the drop down box. At the bottom of the page, click on “Transfer Funds”, complete all the required information, and click on “Go”. How long does it take to “Top Up” my account?Once payment has been cleared your “Top Up” will be reflected in your account. We will endeavour to clear payment as quickly as possible during normal working hours. I see the product I want is currently “Out of Stock”. When will you get it in again?If you click on the “Notify” button, we will be advised that you are looking for the product and we can contact you to advise when the product will likely be available from our stores. You will also be automatically notified when the product arrives back in the store. I’d want to give someone a Gift Card. How do I get you to print their name on it?Place the Gift Card of your choice in your shopping cart. Check on and in Step 1 (Shipping Address), tell us to ship it directly to them by clicking on “add a new shipping address”. In Step 4 “Complete Order” of the checkout procedure, leave us a note that you want their name ont he card and type their name as you want it to appear on the card. How do I get a Gift Card with a different value on it to that available on the web?Call us during normal shopping hours on 0800NATURE and we will do that for you over the phone. Note that Gift Cards with a value less than $20 on them, carry a cost of $2 per Gift Card. The usual courier fee structures apply. (See Courier Charges in How It Works). How do I find a gift within a certain price range?On the Shop Page, type in your search criteria or browse to the department you are interested in, and then select “Price” from the “Order by” drop down box. Click on the little Icon to the right of the “Oder By” drop down box to change the order from Descending to Ascending or visa-versa. Then scroll down to the price range you are interested in. Depending on the number of items found from your search, you may need to select a specific page to get to the price range you are looking for. I’d like to know more about a specific product?Find the product you want to know more about in the shop page, click on the product and then click on the “Ask a question about this product” button. Type the question you have, and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible within normal working hours. Alternatively, give us a call on 0800NATRUE during normal shopping hours and we will be more than happy to have a chat with you. How do I find a specific product?On the Shop Page, type key words that you are looking for in the “Search” box found on the top left of the page. To refine your search, browse to a department by clicking on one of the departments on the left hand side of the page, and then do your search. If you know the SKU or PLU code of the product, you can also type that in to the search box. How do I find your most popular products?On the Shop Page, type in your search criteria or browse to the department you are interested in, and then select “Popular Product” from the “Order by” drop down box. You may need to ensure that the little Icon to the right of the “Oder By” drop down box has the biggest side of the triangle on the Top (indicating your products are ordered in Descending order). To change the order from Descending to Ascending or visa-versa click on this icon. How do I find your latest products?On the Shop Page, type in your search criteria or browse to the department you are interested in, and then select “Latest Product” from the “Order by” drop down box. How safe is the use of my Credit Card on your web-site?Nature Discoveries will take every effort to ensure the safety of your credit card details. Our checkout procedure goes through a secure website (you should see the web address starts with “https://www” and a little lock should appear on the bottom of your web page). This ensures that the information you give us is securely encrypted. How can I stop receiving e-mails from Nature Discoveries?While Nature Discoveries will not spam you with unnecessary e-mail, we would like to be able to keep you informed of savings, specials or when we receive exciting new products that may be of interest to you. However, if you absolutely do not want to receive any unsolicited e-mail from us, then Click on My Account Details, Click Account Information, go to the bottom of the page, and click on “No Mailing List”. You can change this setting at any time should you wish to be informed of sales and items of special interest. What are your Shipping Costs?Shipping for orders greater than or equal to $100 is FREE anywhere in New Zealand. Shipping for orders greater than $0 and less than $100 is $10.00. Orders can be picked up at the physical store for free (provided we have stock). PLEASE NOTE: Shipping prices are in New Zealand Dollars and apply to shipping within New Zealand only.
